INOCART-MSD

INOCART-MSD is a unique solution for managing moisture sensitive devices through its industry leading individual cell design for the storage of your moisture sensitive reels, PCB and waffle trays. Individual storage cells disengage from the centralized “hive” when the door is opened. Environmental control is maintained in all of the other cells when a door is opened. When door is closed the time for the moisture level to stabilize is greatly reduced as only the volume of air in the open chamber was affected when part was removed or added.

INOCART-MSD is available with either 24 or 48 individual storage cells for MSD component storage. The 24 cell version leaves one side of the INOCART-MSD cart available to be configured for non moisture sensitive component storage. Both the 24 and 48 cell versions have additional storage for some non moisture sensitive component storage.

The INOCART-MSD helps prevent your components from micro-cracking during reflow through proper management of humidity control while components are in the individual chambers. Digital display shows temperature and relative humidity percentage within the INOCART-MSD system. System manages components in accordance with the J-STD-033B standard. MSD levels managed are 2, 2a 3, 4, 5, 5a. Individual LED cell lights indicate each cells’ status.

Paired with Inovision software the INOCART-MSD material handling system is a complete MSD package. For use with the INOCART-MSD hardware the Inovision Basic software also includes the MSD tracking and timing features. Please, see Inovision offering for more information.

Meets J-STD-033A
Individual component MSD level is designated per the manufacturer specification in accordance with the MSD standard J-STD-033A.

Auto Floor Life Count
MSD tracking software triggers when a package is moved from "safe storage" to "factory ambient" condition and starts progressing remaining Floor Life.

Floor Life Alarm
On-screen alarm indicates when a user defined percentage of Floor Life is reached.

Dashboard
MSD dashboard displays condition and state of each package including assigned MSD level, MSD status, percentage of Floor Life remaining, as well as quantity and location of parts.

Status Flags
MSD status flags show parts in Factory Ambient, Safe Storage, Drying, Baking, or Exceeded Allowed Floor Life conditions. The tracking software monitors the regeneration (drying) of component Floor Life when moved from "factory ambient" condition to "safe storage".
